TEN COMMANDMENTS OF FOODSERVICE

CORE VALUES. In order to implement GTC Foodservice's core values of openness, fairness, integrity and honesty, we are fully committed to the following ethical practices:

I. We practice open-book accounting. All manufacturers' rebates received for a specific foodservice site are included within the financial statements for the specific site generating the rebate. Each of our commission-based customers have access to their site's financial statements. This practice assures that the true and accurate cost of goods sold at a site is available to our customer at that site.

II. We engage in competitive vendor bidding. We purchase only high quality foods at the most competitive prices available. In order to fulfill this commitment to our customers and avoid any artificial inflation of the cost of goods sold, we use a variety of product labels and utilize competitive vendor bidding. Purchase of all branded products, as well as non-branded products, are equally subject to competitive vendor bidding.

III. We are committed to avoiding contractual obligations that promote poor quality of food or services.

IV. We are committed to equal pricing regardless of demographics. We attempt to maintain parity of food and beverage prices among like foodservice sites. We do not engage in price gouging.

V. We are committed to internal site equality. All segments of each foodservice operation are equally important to us. We refuse to intentionally or otherwise sacrifice the quality of any of our products or services to promote or increase the sales of high profit margin products or services. For instance, we will not serve poor quality food in our cafeterias to increase vending sales.

HOW DO WE PROFIT? The number of ways to profit in the foodservice industry are
limited only by the imagination. GTC Foodservice's imagination is always tempered by our unwavering core values. We profit through the following:

VI. We create partnerships with our foodservice clientele to the extent our clientele permit by integrating ourselves into their cultures and organizations.

VII. We customize our operations and menus to satisfy our clients' diverse requirements and expectations.

VIII. We provide a wide variety of delicious food at fair prices.

IX. We employ sound team management.

X. We constantly strive to improve the quality of both our products and services.
